The first essential component utilized in providing effective make-up air is the Blower unit. ARES "Blowers" are designed to effectively, yet quietly move air, preventing the buildup of stagnant and stale air. They are ruggedly built for long lasting performance and are available in single blower configurations up to 10,000 CFM and dual blower configurations up to 16,000 CFM. Multiple blower units can be easily configured to achieve even greater replacement air performance should your needs require.

All ARES cabinets are manufactured from heavy duty 18 and 20 gauge galvanized 0-90 steel to provide architectural appeal and years of trouble free service. Optional custom painted cabinets are available. Our blower units are designed as an integral component to your total replacement air system, or they can be a stand alone unit, affording you the greatest flexibility. The addition of an ARES Evaporative Cooling, Mechanical Cooling or Heating unit is the perfect compliment for providing relief from seasonal temperature changes and they measurably improve indoor air quality.

There is a common misperception that evaporative coolers are "swamp" coolers... and in most cases, for good reason. Ordinary evaporative coolers function by flooding water over an evaporative media, then by blowing air through this media causing evaporation... which is a natural cooling process. All of the competing evaporative coolers need a sump with a bleed off, requiring pumps, float valves and excessive water consumption, thus maintenance becomes a frequent issue.

ARES has solved both of these problems. Our High Efficiency Evaporative Cooling Units utilize a patented process designed to minimize the amount of water used (they typically use ½ to 2/3 less water than competitive models)... The ARES system effectively sprays the air and media with an accurately controlled amount of water designed to optimize evaporation and use significantly less water consumption compared to any other unit on the market. In addition, the ARES unit eliminates any odor associated with stagnant water buildup within the sump as there is none!

Our patented design incorporates a special "pre-misting" chamber. Water is misted and therefore pre-cooled prior to entering the evaporative media. As the water is drawn through the media it is cooled further, lowering the effective temperature even more.

Sensors automatically control the misted water to assure it is evenly, accurately and consistently distributed over the evaporative media. It's always at the correct saturation level to assure the highest efficiency levels (up to 90% efficient). The ARES patented system adds the benefit of minimizing the amount of system water used.., reducing operational costs.
